As the days get busier for the holidays, the less I find myself wanting to cook. I’ve been on the struggle bus recently. To try to get over my lack of desire for dinner time (cooking, that is. There is never a lack of desire for eating.), I made this week’s menu with some of my favorites to try to coax myself to get back in the kitchen. Not sure it’s going to work but it’s worth a try, right? Tell me I’m not the only one that goes through phases of wanting to cook.
