RED, WHITE & BLUE SPAGHETTI NOODLES

I’m not even a kid and I think red, white and blue noodles are so fun! We are absolutely having these for dinner this weekend to celebrate Independence Day. 4TH OF JULY STAR FRUIT PIZZA COOKIES
06/26/2023
When I think of the 4th of July, I think of sun, heat, mosquitos (these are good memories), fresh fruit, ice cream, fireworks, etc. I thought these adorable fruit pizza cookies fit right into all things Independence Day. My daughter actually made these cookies this past weekend. She used a decorator sugar cookie recipe for the base which has a nice hint of almond. Then she spread on a layer of cream cheese/sugar mixture and finished off the patriotic star cookies with fresh blueberries and strawberries slices. I think they are the cutest cookies. She did well! Now if I can just get her to make more next weekend so I can take them to holiday festivities.
